How do I connect to IPFW wireless?
You must contact a guest account creator to generate a temporary guest account.  Once you have an account, you will be able to log into the guest wireless network.  More info...

Who do I contact if I have a problem with wireless?
Please contact the IT Services Help Desk by going to KT 206 or calling (260) 481-6030.  Make sure you have your guest login credentials handy to assist in troubleshooting.

Can I log into classroom or lab computers?
The department that is sponsoring your visit can request an account to use in classrooms or labs.  This requires several days advance notice.

How do I get help with a computer or projector in a classroom or meeting room?
If the computer is on rolling cart and it is before 5:00 on a weekday, contact AVTS at (260) 481-6519.  For other computers or on evenings and weekends, contact the IT Services Help Desk by going to KT 206 or calling (260) 481-6030.
