Program Requirements

How do you become eligible for the co-op program?

The following requirements must be met:

  • Currently enrolled bachelor’s degree student with an established IPFW GPA
  • Complete freshman requirements in your major
  • Earn a minimum overall GPA of 2.5/4.0
  • Meet any additional requirements established by your department

Steps to a co-op position

  • Contact the Co-op office ( to schedule an orientation/application (Takes approximately 25 minutes)
  • During the orientation we will discuss program policies and procedures. We will also talk with you about your career, and your interests related to co-op opportunities.
