New Tech Showcase

Discover what’s on the horizon by attending the New Tech Showcase Tuesday, April 22 in the Walb Student Union International Ballroom.

Students from New Tech High Schools will participate from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We invite the public to view the showcase from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

What kind of innovative tech ideas can you expect from tomorrow’s workforce?

Additional Information

New Tech Network high schools focus on essential skills that prepare students for the new economy, emphasizing project-based learning and integrating technology into the classroom. They can be subsets of existing high schools or entire schools.

The showcase will feature more than 40 projects designed by teams from six new Tech High Schools in northeast Indiana: 

In addition to the showcase, the students will engage in a panel discussion with young professionals and IPFW students and tour the IPFW campus based on the subject of their team’s project.

IPFW knows that rapidly changing technologies require highly skilled, creative employees. Now you can see how New Tech students envision those technologies.
