FORT WAYNE, Ind.—There is still time to register for the 2012 Doermer Dialogue with Business Leaders featuring a keynote address by Brian J. Dunn, CEO of Best Buy. The dialogue is Thursday, April 5, from 7:30 to 11 a.m. in the Rhinehart Music Center on the Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) campus.

The theme of this year’s event is “Connecting with Your Customers: Customer Centricity.” Following Dunn’s address, he will join a panel of northeast Indiana business leaders for a discussion on how the following issues affect their businesses:

  • How do you connect with your customers?
  • How do you make the customer king at your business?
  • What brings customers to your business short term? Long term?
  • How does your business define the total customer experience?
  • How and what can other businesses learn from your business’ example?

The cost is $50 per person and includes a continental breakfast and mid-morning break refreshments. Seating is limited. Registration is through IPFW’s Division of Continuing Studies; go to the website and follow the link. Online registration concludes Friday, March 30, 2012.

The Doermer Dialogue with Business Leaders is presented by the Doermer School of Business and Lake City Bank, with additional support provided by the IPFW Alumni Association, The Chamber, and the Better Business Bureau.
