Fort Wayne, Ind.—Representatives from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) and Parkview Health will announce the winners of the Find the Triangle Contest during Children's Fest on Friday, July 18. The announcement will happen at 11 a.m. in the Parkview Health tent.
IPFW Vice Chancellor for Advancement Wendy Kobler and Parkview Health Chief Experience Officer Sue Ehinger will conduct the presentation.
The Find the Triangle contest was a hands-on exploration of IPFW's Sculpture with Purpose™ bike rack sculpture project, the flagship project of the university's 50th Celebration. The contest ran from Saturday, May 17, through Sunday, July 6.
To enter, participants submitted photos of themselves visiting the Sculpture with Purpose installations in downtown Fort Wayne, on the IPFW campus, and elsewhere in the city and pointing at the hidden triangle on each sculpture.
Fifty winners were selected randomly from a pool of almost 1,200 entries. Winners were notified via email prior to the announcement event. Each winner will receive a prize package sponsored by Parkview Health including $100 cash and a surprise bonus gift which will be revealed during the announcement. Winners need not be present to claim their prize.
A complete list of winners will be posted on the Sculpture with Purpose website after the announcement.
Children's Fest is part of the annual Three Rivers Festival. Children's Fest takes place each year on the IPFW campus.
