Groups must consist of one (1) team captain and, at least, one (1) team member.
There is no limit to the total number of group members; however, for groups with
more than 10 members, we cannot guarantee that all members will be placed at
the same not-for-profit agency (we will try our hardest).

Participation

We encourage all IPFW students, faculty, staff and alumni to participate in The BIG Event Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

Students can sign up as...

  • An individual
  • With a group of friends
  • With a recognized student organization
  • With a specific building at IPFW Student Housing

Alumni can sign up as...

  • An individual
  • With a group of your family
  • With a group of other IPFW alumni

Faculty & staff can sign up as...

  • An individual
  • With a department/office
  • With a group of colleagues

Student Requirements

In order to be a student participant on the day of The BIG Event, there are a few requirements that need to be met:

  • Be a currently enrolled IPFW student
  • Fill out an Online Participation Form
  • Fill out a Waiver, Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
  • Be available to devote your time throughout the duration of The BIG Event.
  • Maintain a fun, positive attitude and a strong desire to say "Thank You" to the Fort Wayne community!
