Paying for College

Got a credit balance on your Bursar's Student Account?

You may have:

  • Received financial aid in excess of your direct cost to IPFW
  • Dropped one or more classes during the refund period
  • Received an award from a department

When this occurs, the Bursar's office must ensure you receive payment.

Direct Deposit is the best method of sending your funds to you.

To set-up direct deposit

  1. Log on to myIPFW
  2. Click on the billing icon  (upper right hand corner of the screen)
  3. Click on 'eRefunds'
  4. Under "Actions", choose "Set up Account".
  5. Enter your bank account information

Note: Entering your banking information will only allow IPFW Bursar's Office to deposit funds, not remove funds.
