Victoria Adams-Zischke is a member of Actor’s Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA. Having based her career out of New York City for 15 years, she has appeared off Broadway, in national tours and at many regional theatres; her acting credits vary from Shakespeare to musicals and everything in between. She has made many national commercials both on camera and as a voice over artist, several independent films, and she appeared as the re-occurring character of Babs Walker on NBC’s Another World. She received her BFA from Southern Methodist University and her MFA from the Professional Theatre Training Program at the University of Delaware. Prior to coming to IPFW in the fall of 2010, Tori was a Visiting Professor of Theatre at Bard College and has led lectures and workshops on the Business of Theatre at many colleges and universities across the country. At IPFW, she teaches Acting I, Acting IV, Acting on Camera, Acting in Shakespeare, Musical Theatre Performance I, Theatre Appreciation and, on occasion, Fundamentals of Performance. She is also the director and coordinator for Brush Up Your Shakespeare – an annual tour which brings a 50 minute Shakespeare performance to many Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio high schools.
