If you are deciding on a major in the College of Arts and Sciences (COAS), are a new student transferring into IPFW, or are a returning student with a GPA below 2.0, you should meet with an advisor in the COAS Advising Office.
Additionally, the COAS Advising Office assists students in the creation and maintenance of myBLUEprint graduation plans and provides additional advising support to supplement faculty advising. COAS students may contact the COAS Advising Office at any time.

If you have declared your major, you will be assigned a faculty advisor in that major. You can locate your faculty advisor’s information under your myIPFW enrollment tab or on your myBLUEprint Worksheet. This myIPFW screenshot example displays where your advisor's name and email is located. If you do not see an advisor listed, you can contact a COAS advisor for assistance.
All departments also have a lead advisor. The lead advisor in each department can assist prospective students with questions related to degree requirements, career opportunities, salary information, etc.
myBLUEprint is now available for students currently under the 2012-2013 or newer bulletin. This valuable tool will help you track your progress toward graduation. Check out myBLUEprint under your myIPFW enrollment tab.
