Mark Michael is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Fort Wayne Metals Research Products Corp.  Fort Wayne Metals is a locally owned technology-based manufacturing company. It is the market leader in the medical precision wire industry, producing wire for medical devices such as implantable pacing leads, cardiovascular and orthopedic implants. Mark joined Fort Wayne Metals in 1974, and became President of the Company in 1996. He is responsible for Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources and he has watched the Company grow from one facility employing 30 people to eleven facilities with over 900 employees in Indiana and in Ireland. Mark graduated from Purdue University in 1985 with a BSIET in Manufacturing Flow.

Mike Cahill is the CEO of Physicians Health Plan (PHP). PHP’s staff of service and industry experts work to keep members healthy and to promote active lifestyles.   Mike has extensive experience in both the insurance and banking worlds. Prior to his work at PHP, he was CEO of Tower Bank & Trust.  He was also a consultant with the National Care Network and on the Finance Committee of PHP.  Now that he is CEO at PHP, he also serves as Vice Chairman of the board of Center Bank in Merrillville, Indiana. In between the last two assignments, he was the CEO of a new, larger Foundation serving the developmentally and intellectually disabled population, and a board member of the Gibson Insurance Agency in South Bend, Indiana. Mike is a graduate of Notre Dame, and has done post graduate studies at Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Michael Smith is the Vice President of Internal Business Development Opportunities at Ash Brokerage. In his role, Michael focuses on improving and creating programs and processes that add value to the organization and its affiliated advisors. He combines strong analytical and quantitative expertise to identify key strategic projects that will create competitive advantages to position Ash Brokerage as the go-to organization for life insurance, long-term care, disability income and annuities. He also manages the global technology team that handles the firms $250 Billion Alternative Investment and Mutual Fund Investor Trading Platform. Prior to his time at Ash, Michael served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs where he directed the design and rollout or leading industry hedge fund platforms. He also developed a U.S. patent for asset allocation optimization, including wealth projections. Michael has a Masters in mathematics from University of Kentucky.

Todd Plesko is co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Extension Healthcare.   Extension is the leading provider of event driven care team communications solutions.  In his current position, Todd plays a vital role in strategic planning including product and regulatory strategy, branding, capital planning, business development, and strategic partnerships. Todd is highly active in the Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) community. He is a technically-oriented executive, with expertise in areas include communication challenges and workflows in both ambulatory and acute care settings.  Prior to Extension Healthcare, Todd served as CIO for a large provider network and led two other successful startups focused on ambulatory care practice management systems, ambulatory care EHR’s, hosting, and clinical workflow solutions and infrastructure.

Scott McCallum is Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at Zimmer Biomet. Zimmer Biomet leads the orthopedic industry in helping patients move beyond their pain by looking beyond what is possible today to pursue the exceptional outcomes available in the future.  In his role at Zimmer Biomet, Scott leads a team that actively works with National and Regional customers to collaboratively develop solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce total cost.  Scott has also held key roles at Boston Scientific, Zimmer, and Baxter Healthcare.  In these roles, he has been responsible for corporate sales, marketing, strategic planning, corporate development, and financial management.  Scott earned his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Michael Limmer is the Vice President of Marketing for the Fort Wayne TinCaps, Class-A Minor League Baseball affiliate of the San Diego Padres. Nationally recognized for their ballpark, Parkview Field, Front Office operations, community engagement, and game atmosphere and environment, the Fort Wayne TinCaps strive to be at the leading edge of customer service, engagement, and technology integration in the fan experience. Michael spearheads the team’s initiatives in game atmosphere, marketing strategy, and technology implementation in hopes of providing the best fan experience in Minor League Baseball. Michael has a Masters in Sport Administration from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
