Schedule a Group Visit

Would your high school group like to visit IPFW? Schedule a visit to come see IPFW together.

Space is limited and tours are scheduled Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-served basis. Tours are limited to high school aged students. Tours are not available on Sundays or during the entire month of August; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Spring 2014 Visits: Begin January 21-April 28 (PLEASE NOTE: there are NO tours during the weeks of April 28, May 5, or May 12)
  • Summer 2014 Visits: Begin May 19-August 1
  • Please note: there are NO TOURS on Sundays. Saturday group visits are limited to the first and third Saturday of each month, excluding holidays.
  • Please note: tours are limited to high school aged students

All groups must provide one chaperone per 10–12 students. Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel the tour portion of your visit on-site if the appropriate number of chaperones are not available. We will instead provide your group with a self-guided walking tour brochure.

Requests must be received at least three weeks before your desired date to tour. Your tour is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notice that includes tour date, time, and location.

Campus visits/tours occur rain or shine, so please prepare your students for their visit. If it looks like it may rain, please encourage students to bring an umbrella or wear a raincoat. A tour of campus will last one hour and students should be advised to wear comfortable walking shoes.
