services, scheduling priorities, cosponsorship issues and other

in Walb Union. Steve coordinates the room arrangements, and he
supervises the student staff preparing rooms for meetings. Steve
also oversees the customer service desk and Student Recreation

Special Events Coordinator:

Pat Glowacki plans the
physical arrangements for large conferences, wedding receptions,
dances and other special events. Contact Pat a few months in advance
of the event to arrange a consultation. Pat will create a diagram
of the event plans to assist caterers, guest seating and displays,

Evening Operations Coordinator:

During evening hours, Martha May is
in charge of operations and the customer service desk staff. Martha
works
Friday through Tuesday, to cover weekend events.
Martha also schedules student organization meetings and the
special events student groups plan. Martha helps campus organizations
define setup arrangements and discuss facility policies. Email

When full-time staff are unavailable, Drew McMillen, Jon Robbins and Dan
McNerney are in charge. Students who staff the customer service desk prepare the facility for scheduled events and operate the Student Recreation Center. |
