Angie Brauneller
Special Events Coordinator
Angie concentrates on departmental events in Walb Union and outdoor, non-wedding, events on campus. Angie coordinates the set up and removal of tents, stages and other items in conjunction with Physical Plant for outdoor events. Contact Angie to make the physical arrangements for your event. She will then create a diagram of the event plan that is specific to your event.

Blix Fredrick
Event Scheduling
Contact Blix to schedule your event in Walb Union. After Blix schedules your event, you will be assigned an event coordinator based on the parameters of your event. Your assigned event coordinator will work with you on all of your event needs including, but not limited to, set ups and timelines. Additionally, Blix schedules alcohol liaisons as needed for events on campus.

Pat Glowacki
Special Events Coordinator
Pat specializes in coordinating large scale/VIP university events and rental of rooms for wedding receptions, dances and the like in Walb Student Union. Contact Pat a few months in advance of your event to arrange a consultation. Pat plans the physical arrangement for your event and will create a diagram of the event plan to assist caterers, guest seating, and displays. Pat also coordinates support services

Leanne Hand
Special Events Coordinator
Leanne's area of expertise covers Student Life events, Student Activities events, and Continuing Students events and classes. Leanne will assist you in planning the physical arrangements for your event and will create a set up diagram that is specific to your event. Outside of Walb, Leanne also works extensively with events in NF 101, CM 159, CM 35A, SB 168. Contact Leanne directly for assistance with any of these venues.

Reuben Albaugh
Box Office Supervisor
Reuben manages all Box Office needs for Rhinehart Music Center, Williams Theatre, and the Studio Theater in Kettler Hall, as well as ticketed events, as needed, in Walb, Neff 101, or any outdoor areas.
