Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies

Bachelor of Arts

In the fall of 1992 IPFW became the first campus in either the Indiana or Purdue systems to offer a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Women's Studies. Uniquely, both Indiana University and Purdue University offer the Women's Studies B.A. at IPFW. The student's choice of a second College of Arts and Sciences major detemines the degree-granting institution, or if the student chooses a Women's Studies major with one or more minors, the degree will be granted by Indiana University.
