Rosalie Haritun is associate professor of Music, serving as a member of the music faculty since 1988, specializing in Music in General Studies. Through her extremely popular class, Music for the Listener, Dr. Haritun has led hundreds of students to develop critical listening skills and develop an appreciation and affection for art music and is the author of "Music Teacher's Survival Guide," Parker Publishing. Haritun earned the Bachelor of Music Education from Baldwin-Wallace Conservatory in 1960, an Masters of Science from the University of Illinois in 1961 and an Doctor of Education from Columbia University in 1968. Prior to joining the faculty at IPFW Dr. Haritun was associate professor of Music at East Carolina University .
