Dramagination

Students use their imaginations to develop characters while learning movement and vocal techniques in an exciting atmosphere.

Youth Drama

Students take a closer look at character and keep building on their theatre skills with improvisation and small scenes.

  • Grades: 3-5

Theatre Masters

Students build their skills in character development through acting, voice and movement techniques. Monologues and scene work are used.

NEW!! Stage Makeup For Beginners

Want to look GREAT on stage? This is the class for you! Have fun while transforming your face into animals, clowns, aged characters and other creative looks. Learn tips on makeup design and application and makeup artists’ secrets to enhance your facial features. **NOTE: When registering, let us know if your skin tone is fair, medium or dark so we can order a makeup kit to suit your personal needs. Materials included.

Private Acting Instruction

New and returning students must register each semester.  Whether you are just starting to pursue acting (professionally or just for fun); preparing for an audition (around town, professionally, undergraduate or graduate work); fine-tuning your skills or need help with public speaking, these one-on-one coaching sessions will be designed especially for you.

REFUND POLICY:
A full refund is given when the university cancels a course or when the IPFW Community Arts Academy receives notification of withdrawal from the registrant before the third (3rd) business day PRIOR to the start of the class.  No refunds will be given after class or private instruction begins.
