Advance and support initiatives which recognize and value diversity, promote social responsibility, encourage discussion and debate, and foster a sense of belonging.
Promote student leadership development through campus activities and community services projects.
Promote student development through collaborative planning and implementation of co-curricular programs and services.
Design programs to more closely link residential programs with students’ learning experiences.
Design and implement a minority outreach and retention strategy to achieve the Strategic Plan goal for diversity.
Provide innovative programs to promote access to post- secondary education.
Enhance technology and support systems for students including those with special needs.
Work collaboratively with Academic Affairs on initiatives to promote student access, learning and retention.
