Highlights of Community Service
Dr. Hancock has served on numerous community boards and institutional committees. He has been a consultant to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention for fifteen years. Prior to his arrival in Fort Wayne, Dr. Hancock served as Dean of the Bartlesville campus of Rogers State University in Oklahoma.
Dr. Hancock is a member of the American Society of Criminology, Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Kappa Delta, and Rotary International.
