Why I am in the Program:

Sexual Assault is one area in which I have a desire to gain knowledge and to research. I believe that by obtaining the Master of Arts in Sociological Practice, I will be able to expand both my knowledge of sexual assault perpetration and victimization, as well as expand the current state of knowledge on this subject matter. Also, my ultimate goal is to be able to work with or in a not-for-profit organization by doing research for them in hopes they will be able to obtain grants.
