Slow Performance

Should you find that the response time for Banner appears to be slowing down try these steps:

  1. Log off Banner
  2. Close all open sessions in your internet browser, even the sessions that are not connected to Banner.
  3. Reopen your internet browser.
  4. Reaccess Banner and logon

If this does not resolve the problem and the response time is continuing to worsen please notify the IT Services Help Desk. Be prepared to have the following information:

  • What Banner screen are you in.
  • What are you trying to do in this screen.
  • Approximately how long is it taking to accomplish this task?
  • Other than being slow, are you seeing any other unusual results?
