Troubleshooting

Allow Pop Ups

The most current versions of Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox contain built in pop-up blockers. You will need to configure your browser to allow pop-ups from IPFW sites to use Internet Native Banner.

Be aware there are other pop-up blockers from third party vendors too numerous to document fully, so you will be responsible for configuring any third party blockers you may have installed.

Safari

1. Open Safari and click Safari > Preferences.
2. Click the Security button at the top of the window.
3. Make sure Block pop-up windows is unchecked.
