CALENDAR SUBCOMMITTEE

September 12, 2006

Present:  Jacqueline Brian, James Haw, Susan Humphrey, Patrick McLaughlin, James Moore, Mark Ridgeway

Absent:  Brad Gilbreath, Sally Hartman, Pamela Zepp

Susan Humphrey was chosen chair of the subcommittee.

Patrick McLaughlin filled in the subcommittee on the calendar formula and its application.  Agenda for the year was discussed.  The only agenda item at present is the 2009-2010 calendar.
