1. Introduced Ahmad Karim as new member replacing George Schmelzle for the Spring Semester. Appropriate resolution will be introduced at February 14 Senate meeting.

2. Revised SD 85‑18 section that pertains to Final Examination policy to reflect the increased use of non‑traditional examination methods. Language to be circulated electronically for February 8 meeting.

3. Discussed changes to Academic Calendar template that would eliminate the "registration gap" between Fall and Spring Semester. Suggested language change to be remanded to the Calendar Subcommittee for immediate action.

4. Chair will distribute updated keyword list of Learning Outcomes to Senate at February 14 meeting for feedback from faculty.

S. Hannah joined the meeting in progress.

1.  Reviewed Senate Document O4‑4 (The Honors Program).  Voted 6‑0 to approve (Hannah not present for vote).

2.  Continued discussion of Senate Document 88‑33 (Goals and Objectives for the IPFW Baccalaureate Degree).
