Subject: Resolution concerning service fee issue

Disposition: To the Presiding Officer for implementation

Whereas, final resolution of the service fee issue with Indiana University is anticipated.

Whereas, there will be a substantial "windfall" of non-recurring money to IPFW if that occurs.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:

The IPFW administration notify the Fort Wayne Senate within 30 days of any final resolution of the service fee issue, including the amount and timing of all "windfall" money.

The Budgetary Affairs Subcommittee, with direction from the Senate and the University Resources Policy Committee, develop a list of priorities for spending of the money; and have the opportunity to present the list to the administration prior to final spending decisions.
