Re: Priorities for use of non-recurring funds.
 

Whereas, IPFW has completed negotiations with Indiana University relative to services previously provided to this campus,

Whereas, in the course of negotiations, service payments to IU were withheld,

Whereas, the settlement has produced an escrowed account containing a significant amount of money available for nonrecurring projects,

Therefore be it resolved, that the Budgetary Affairs Subcommittee solicit suggestions from faculty regarding the establishment of priorities for the spending of this nonrecurring money and report a summary of those suggestions to the Senate through the University Resources Policy Committee.
