Resolved, That the Faculty of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, in convocation assembled,

  1. Deplore the repeated refusals of the presidents of Indiana University and Purdue University to consult in good faith with the Faculty or their representatives during the process of renegotiating the Management Agreement, or even to furnish the Faculty or their representatives with a copy of the proposed Management Agreement; and

  2.
  3. Condemn the presidents' evident failure to give serious consideration to proposals--unanimously endorsed by the Management Agreement Committee, the Senate, the administration, and the Community Advisory Council of IPFW--designed to afford the university essential degrees of fiscal autonomy and other forms of operational flexibility.
