SUBJECT:       Amendment to the Bylaws of the Fort Wayne Senate (Secret Ballot Voting)

DISPOSITION:  To the Presiding Officer for implementation

WHEREAS, The opportunity to act upon one=s convictions or beliefs, without the fear of external influence or pressure, is necessary to the effective conduct of the affairs of the IPFW Senate,

BE IT RESOLVED, That the Bylaws be amended as follows:  2.8   Secret Ballot.  Upon the request of any senator for a secret ballot on any action item, and with the approval of 20% of the senators present, a secret ballot shall be conducted.
