Disposition: To the Presiding Officer for implementation
Whereas, IPFW has seen a dramatic increase in interest by students and parents for on-campus housing, and

Whereas, on-campus housing would contribute to both the academic experience and personal development of students and would enhance student recruitment and retention, and

Whereas, in addition to educational, personal development, recruiting and retention benefits, housing would also increase the students’ identification with IPFW;

Resolved, That the Fort Wayne Senate strongly supports the University’s efforts to provide on-campus student housing.
