WHEREAS, John R. Carnaghi has served Indiana University-Purdue University as Vice Chancellor for Financial Affairs since January, 1980; and

WHEREAS, He has maintained high standards of collegiality and professionalism during his participation in and service to this governing body; therefore,

RESOLVED, That the IPFW Senate commends John R. Carnaghi, granting him high accolades, for his service.
