There is campus construction and this map indicates the designated fair entrance. Parking & Fair entrance map Watch for signs.

Concessions will be open 7:30 a.m.- Noon
Student Information Form/Media Consent
The Student Info Form/Media Consent needs to be signed by the student's parent/guardian. This form will be at the student's display booth. If the student's parent/guardian will not be accompanying the student to the Fair to set-up, they should print and complete this form prior to the fair and send it with the student/accompanying adult on March 17.
Junior and Senior State Fair Advancement Form
Junior/Senior Division (grade 9-12) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair on March 31. Senior Division (grade 9-12) will also need to indicate their availability for the International Fair May 13-18. This form will be at the display booth or may be printed, completed, and brought to the Fair on March 17. It is submitted to the Display Inspector when display is checked.

Junior/Senior Division
Deadline March 2 at 5 p.m. to Register for Fair & submit POST-review paperwork
Elementary Division
Deadline March 9 at 5 p.m.to Register for Fair (ISEF paperwork is not required for K-5 students)
Fair entry fee ($10 per project) due March 15
Remit the project entry fee as a check or money order made payable to IPFW (cash cannot be accepted). Please indicate your school and the names of the registrants. Payment must be received by 5 PM on Thursday, March 15 and may be mailed to:
