Display Rules
NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA

Award Contact Info and Media Release Form (posted prior to fair)
The Award Contact Info and Media Release form needs to be signed by the student's parent/guardian. This form will be at the student's display booth. If the student's parent/guardian will not be accompanying the student to the Fair to set-up, they should print and complete this form prior to the fair and send it with the student/accompanying adult on March 21.

Junior and Senior State Fair Availability (posted prior to fair)
Junior Division (grade 6-8) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair on April 4. Senior Division (grade 9-12) will need to indicate their availability for the Hoosier State Fair and the International Fair May 10-15. This form will also be at the display booth. This form may be printed, completed, and brought to the Fair on March 21.

Online Fair Registration opens for grade K-12

Junior/Senior Division: Deadline to Register for Fair
Junior/Senior Division: Deadline to submit Pre-Review Exemption Forms
Junior/Senior Division: Final SRC Review of Paperwork for the fair must be submitted (or postmarked) by Friday, March 6th

Friday, March 13, 2009 by 5 p.m.
Elementary Division: Deadline to Register for Fair
ISEF paperwork is not required for K-5 students

Thursday, March 19, 2009 by 5 p.m.
Fair entry fee ($10 per project) due if not already paid
