The Academic Advising Council at Indiana University—Purdue University Fort Wayne has developed the following survey in order to learn about your opinions of and experiences with academic advising.  We care about the quality of academic advising at IPFW and your attention and honesty will help us improve our advising services.  Your responses are anonymous.
