Review Exam # 3

The third exam consists solely of multiple choice questions. The exam will cover the material beginning with the chapter on the Federal Courts, chapter 15, and includes chapters 4, 5, 16 and 17. Please refer to the syllabus if you have any questions on the readings included on the exam.

Please review the readings in the text and your notes on the lectures. On this exam it will help you to prepare if you review the practice exam questions at the conclusion of each chapter.
