Research your case and include the following:

                  *    Explain the Constitutional issue or question involved.

                  *    Explain the majority, concurring, and dissenting opinions of the

                        Court.

                  *    Explain your opinion of the case.

                  *    What was the impact of the case upon the nation- Political, Social,

                         Judicial, and/or Economic?

                  *     List sources at the end of the paper.

*    Write a two to three to page paper (500-750 words) about the case.

*     Be prepared to discuss the major highlights of your case to the 

       class as part of the lecture on Civil Liberties.
