Each year the IPFW Chapter of Phi Kappa Phi awards an undergraduate scholarship of $300 and a graduate scholarship of $500. The deadline for each is April 17, 2009.

Undergraduate Scholarship:  [ To the TOP of the Page ]

Eligibility:

• You must be a returning student who will enroll in at least one semester at IPFW during 2009-2010.
• You must be a member of the National and Chapter PKP societies.
  (Dues must be paid by May 15, 2009)

Print and complete the undergraduate application form and request two letters of reference from academic faculty or staff at IPFW. Reference letters must be in sealed envelopes with the signature of the reference. Mail to the address below.

Graduate Scholarship:  [ To the TOP of the Page ]

Eligibility:

• You must be a current graduate student or accepted to a graduate program during the 2009-2010 academic year. Acceptance must be verified before award is received.
• You must be a member of the National and Chapter PKP societies.
  (Dues must be paid by May 15, 2009)

Print and complete the graduate application form and request two letters of reference from academic faculty or staff at IPFW. Reference letters must be in sealed envelopes with the signature of the reference. to the address below.
