The IPFW Grant-in-Aid of Research or Creative Activity
will provide support to faculty research and scholarship,
initiate new faculty research or creative activities,
or supply modest support at unusually critical times.

IPFW Overseas Conference Fund
DUE DATES: May 1st OR November

The IPFW Overseas Conference Fund will award a limited
number of supplemental grants for those invited to participate
in an overseas conference fund. The maximum award is
$600.00. No support will be given for conferences in
the United States or its dependencies, Canada, or Mexico.

PRF International Travel Grant
DUE DATE: May 1st
To provide partial support to tenured and tenured-track
faculty for expenses to an international conference/meeting
in which a presentation will be made or traveler is serving
as an official. Trips to Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico
are considered domestic travel and therefore are ineligible
for this program.

IU Overseas Conference Fund
DUE DATES: October 1st, January
15th, April 1st, and July 1st
To provide partial support to tenured and tenured-track
faculty or librarians to any department or campus for
travel expenses to an international conference held abroad.
Applicant will present a competitively selected or invited
paper. Travel to conferences held in the United States,
Canada, Puerto Rico and Mexico will not be supported
under this program

IPFW Summer Grants
NOTE: Please read the Call for Applications carefully.
DUE DATES: October 4, 2007
The Office of Academic Affairs offers Summer Grants for
Research for faculty. These grants provide fiscal support
for two months of uninterrupted innovative scholarly
research by IPFW faculty. Projects supported by these
grants should facilitate professional growth, provide
opportunities for external funding, or represent a
renewal of the applicant’s research.
