Students in the leadership option will:
- Enhance skills and knowledge to influence and shape behavior
- Head project teams and functional areas
- Lead change efforts

Leadership Option = 18 credit hours

OLS 570 Leadership Across Cultural Boundaries
OLS 530 Systems Change and Organization Development
Two electives (approved by advisor) for example:
- HR option course
