Students in the leadership option will:
- Enhance skills and knowledge to influence and shape behavior
- Head project teams and functional areas
- Lead change efforts
Core Requirements = 12 credit hours

OLS 520 Foundations of the Organizational Context
OLS 525 Organizational Analysis and Action
Leadership Option = 18 credit hours
OLS 587 Developing a Leadership Philosophy
OLS 540 Leading Collaborative Projects & Work Teams
OLS 570 Leadership Across Cultural Boundaries
OLS 530 Systems Change and Organization Development
Two electives (approved by advisor) for example:
- HR option course
- Graduate course from outside OLS
