Research Interests

I have done work in a number of areas but my main current research interests are: the impact of social media on human resource-related behaviors, cognitions and knowledge creation, motivational processes that unfold over time, the positive impact of office gossip on individual affiliative and informational processes within organizations, and the theoretical development of the construct of job apathy. Prior Work Experience

Previous teaching experience at Michigan State University. , Albion College and Lansing Community College. Courses taught related to organizational psychology, organizational behavior, negotiation, labor and industrial relations, introductory psychology, and research methods.
