Prior Work Experience

Robert Abel (Bob) has 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Design, and Leadership and Organizational Development. He has supported or consulted for most business functions including corporate, sales and marketing, manufacturing, R & D, and operations. He has held key HR roles with; Bristol-Myers Squibb, Linvatec, Zimmer's, Inc., ESI. INC., and Hacienda Franchise Group.

His undergraduate degree is in Business is with a concentration in Behavioral Sciences from Wheeling Jesuit College, and an MBA with a focus in Organization Leadership and Development from Indiana University.
