Online Education

Baccalaureate Framework

Cell phones are not allowed at the testing stations. Please make the appropriate arrangements for storing cell phones.

Testing Services administers all CATV and Online Education course exams in conjunction with the Division of Continuing Studies. Students can also view the TV studio lectures online. Click on the link for the Video on Demand Library.

If you are an IPFW Continuing Studies student and the instructor is not utilizing Testing Services for all of the exams, please contact Deb Hein at 260-481-0506.

Scheduling

Tests must be scheduled by calling 260-481-6600.  Online Education tests are given during the following days and times: 

Days                            Times

Monday-Thursday        8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m.

Friday                           8:30 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.

Saturday                       8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

Note:  The times listed above are Eastern Standard Time and are subject to change.  The testing room temperatures may vary.  It is advisable to bring a sweater or jacket.

Important:  A photo ID is required upon check-in.

Students should arrive 15 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointment. Students arriving late will be asked to reschedule their testing appointment.

Note: Testing Services cannot schedule a testing appointment outside of the instructor's specified time frame without first receiving approval from the instructor.

For specific information regarding an instructor's syllabus, testing deadlines, and information regarding test grades, homework assignments, and final grades, visit the Online Learning page.

Students requiring test accommodations based on disability should contact the Director of Testing Services at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled test date. Disability documentation may be required.

Childcare arrangements must be made prior to the day and time of the exam. We are sorry, but children are not allowed in the testing facilities.
