Looking for a great way to connect with IPFW Students?

Post it save the date

Vendors will receive:

  • One table with two chairs (with enough space to pop-up a 10'x10' tent provided by the vendor)
  • Lunch for two representatives
  • Access to hundreds of IPFW students!

Cost:

$200 per table, one table per company limit

$100 per table for IPFW Alumni-owned businesses

Proceeds from the event will help to build an endowed fund to support IPFW student leadership development and / or student scholarships

Registration and payment information:

Registrations are available now and must be completed by August 15.

  • No new registrations will be accepted on the day of the event.  
  • All businesses must adhere to the IPFW Solicitation Policy.
  • IPFW reserves the right to refuse any business vendor space.
  • No sales of any kind may occur during the Vendor Day event.
  • Vendors are permitted to pass out free items and collect contact information provided by participants.
  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining liability insurance while on IPFW property.
  • IPFW does not endorse any business that participates in Vendor Day.

Specific information regarding Vendor Day policies and registration payment are available on the registration form. Options for cash, check, and credit card payment are available. The link for credit card payment is coming soon. All payments must be collected before a vendor is permitted to participate in Vendor Day.
