Fieldhouse Rental Items and Associated Fees

Equipment

  • Display Board: $100
  • Timing Device: $100

Cleaning

  • Cleaning fee: $ 150

Labor

  • Operator for Display Board and Timing Device: $25/hr (with a 4 hour minimum)
  • Meet Officials: Actual Charges incurred by IPFW
  • Alcohol Liaison: $ 30/hour (2 hour minimum)
  • Box Office Staff: $ 25/hour
  • Overtime for all Staff: after 8 hours is time and a half per hour ($ Rate x 1.5)
  • Security: $35 per hour as needed, as required by IPFW policies. NOTE: All non-IPFW Department/Company-In-Residence events must have a minimum of one (1) security officer for every 500 persons in attendance.
  • Holiday Surcharge on Labor: +50%

Box Office

  • $200 one time setup fee.  Plus $1 per ticket surcharge.

Miscellaneous 

  • Floor Covering: (maybe required for most events) $ 100 per event
  • Merchandise Vendors: 15% of gross sales paid to IPFW
  • Damage Repairs: $ 50/hour + actual cost of materials
  • Holiday Surcharge on Labor: + 50%
  • Holiday Surcharge on Room Rental:  1/2 Day: $ 250.00; Full Day: $ 500.00
  • Removal of Equipment/Debris: TBD
  • Concessions: IPFW Holds all concession rights to the Fieldhouse and
  • Gym Locker Rooms are not included in rental of Fieldhouse and/or Gym
