IT Services Help Desk:

The IT Services Help Desk at IPFW provides first-level support to IPFW students, faculty, and staff.

IPFW Learning Commons Service Desk

Students can check out laptops and/or iPads for short-term usage through the Learning Commons Service Desk, Helmke Library, Second Floor. Service Desk Assistants provide help with connectivity, printing and short questions related to software applications

CASA Tutoring Services

Students seeking one-on-one assistance with software applications that are required as part of a course assignment can request tutoring support through CASA.
