Outlook is the e-mail and calendar application that is used by campus staff and faculty.
As part of their new employee account, staff and faculty members receive an Outlook user name and password.
Outlook accounts are deleted when the staff or faculty member is no longer working for the university. They will get an e-mail 2 weeks before the account is scheduled for deletion.
