A new menu link has been added to the Information Technology Services Web site which offers online technology support and documentation.
Until now there has not been one central Web location to visit for answers to technology questions.
The Web conversion to dotCMS made a self-service knowledge base possible. This Knowledge Base is accessible through the new link.
Mandi Witkovsky initiated a project over a year ago to bring all of the scattered information into one location or knowledge base.
Each of these pages is being reviewed and updated with new information and images. Instructions for Mac users have already been added to many of the articles. More are planned for the future.
Future plans also include: A-Z search, links to related articles, and many new articles. Submitting comments on existing articles or for suggesting new topics is easy with the online form on each Web page in the knowledge base.
