Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail packages
  • Web page editing skills
  • Writing and proofreading skills
  • Self-sufficiency

Duties

  • Continuously develop technical, personal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Write basic software documentation for the web and print media
  • Proofread documentation, training materials, policies, procedures and service level agreements
  • Create and update IT Services web pages
