Winter Break Hours:

  • 12/18-12/22: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • The Help Desk will be CLOSED starting Saturday, December 23rd and will return January 3rd. If you have an emergency, feel free to call and leave a voicemail or send us an email at helpdesk@ipfw.edu.
  • 1/3/18-1/6/18: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Duties

  • Answering basic software questions
  • Resolving minor hardware or software issues
  • Clearing paper jams
  • Replenishing paper
  • Cleaning monitors and keyboards
  • Keeping an orderly lab
  • Asking students to leave the lab when appropriate
