Classroom Support Student Positions

Requirements

  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with audio/visual equipment
  • Knowledge of core functionality of Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Office
  • Self-sufficiency

Duties

  • Be on call for urgent problems with classroom computers
  • Interact with staff, administrators, faculty, and students at all levels of computing sophistication
  • Assist with lab upgrades during class breaks
  • Move computer equipment on campus
