Mary Anne came to IT Services in July 2000 with 20 years' experience in office support.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, and has
worked in business and education offices, including 17 years as the Financial Secretary to
the administrator of a private Christian school in Fort Wayne and one year as a secretary
in the Department of English and Linguistics at IPFW.
Both her education and experience prepared her well for her current position, Business
Assistant, in which she provides administrative and business assistance to the Director
and ITS managers. In addition to general secretarial support, Mary Anne is responsible
for budget data entry and reporting, purchasing and accounts payable for the department,
and supervises the duties of one full-time secretary.
Mary Anne and her husband, Don, actively attend Wallen Baptist Church and love visiting
with family and friends. They have two adult children (with wonderful spouses) and seven
grandchildren, and they get to see them often.
