LV joined IPFW in June 2014 with a personal commitment to improve customer satisfaction
of ITS. Since then, he has lead cross-functional teams analyzing and delivering operational
enhancements in support of strategic missions. In preventing and resolving problems associated
with IT systems, he has worked collaboratively with department heads, subject matter experts,
and staff members to quickly deploy technical solutions supporting the success of departmental

He brings to IPFW over 16 years technical and services support experience in the public,
corporate, not for profit, and educational sectors.  Skilled in project management, technical
and procedural development, End User training, and support services my experiences have
included service to organizations such as the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources,
Roosevelt University, the City Colleges of Chicago, Nuveen Investments, Rockwell Automation,
the University of Chicago, Adoptions Unlimited, Dean Foods, and many more. 

His guiding philosophy is “If we’re not taking care of our customers… then we’re not doing our jobs!”  

He is a partial transplant to Ft Wayne returning to the Chicago area weekly. He is in awe of the
likeability of everyone he has meet at IPFW and Ft. Wayne. The people have excellent values
and passions to do what is right. Married 22 years to his soul mate Lisa with 3 children Jasmine,
Jason and Javon, he is committed to upholding high professional values which comes from being
part of this strong family base.
