Han received his M.A. in TESL from the University of Arizona in 1993. In the following two
years, he taught ESL courses at Pima Community College in Tucson, AZ. In 1995, he
joined Novell, Inc., working for the International Product Development Dept. in various
capacities such as documentation specialist, software tester, and project manager. In
2000, upon leaving Novell, he worked for Intel, Inc. as a consultant in the International
Linguistic Services Dept., translating and editing technical documents. Later, he joined
YCC International Co. as an international sales rep, while continuing working as a
freelancer on Intel documentation projects.

Han finds great pleasure in interacting with the university faculty/staff members and
providing them with the technical assistance that they need.
